In financial markets, assets have an ask price. The ask price refers to the price at which
an investor can buy an asset in the financial markets. The ask price is
a part of the formula which is used to calculate the expiry level of an
asset.

At-the-money
Open
A financial term, which means that the current price of the underlying
asset is the same as the price when the option was purchased.

Bid
Open
In financial market assets have a bid price, this is the price at which
an investor can sell an asset in the financial markets. The bid price is
a part of the formula which is used to calculate the expiry level of an
asset.

Binary options (digital options)
Open
Trading options that pay out a preset and fixed amount of the
underlying asset on which the option is based. Trades are paid out if the rate reaches the trader’s
selected ‘direction’ (up or down compared with advertised value at the
time of purchasing that option) at the expiry time.

Call option
Open
A call option provides the investor with the opportunity to gain if the
asset rally's above the open rate of the call transaction. in the event
that the expiry rate is the same as the open rate, the investor will be
refunded with the full investment amount.

Commodities

Commodities is a general name given to raw materials from a variety of

Execution rate
Open
The entry level of the underlying asset when the position is placed.

Expiry rate
Open
The price/level of the underlying asset when the position is places. This
price determines whether the option is in-the-money, out-the-money or
at-the-money when the option expires.

Expiry time
Open
The time & date when the binary option expires and reaches the end of its predetermined life cycle.

In-the-money
Open
A financial term, which means that a trader has profited from their trade.
For example
– if the option was a Call – then the current price of the underlying
asset would be higher than the original price at the time the option had
been purchased the trade would be In the money.

Indices
Open

Mid Market
Open
The average of the bid and ask, this price represent the real price of the market with no spreads between bid and ask. TradeRush uses the mid market prices for their expiry rates.

One-Touch Option
Open
An option which gives the investor a fixed payout once the
price of the underlying asset reaches or surpasses a predetermined
level. To be eligible for payout, it is sufficient that the option touches or surpasses the predetermined level just once at 17:00 GMT during the week throughout the option’s life cycle. If the predicted level is not reached or surpassed even once, the initial investment is lost.
The options will be sampled over a period of five days, Monday - Friday, once a day in accordance with the Reuters 17:00 Sample Rate. The promised payout will be transferred to the client's account on the expiration date of the option(Friday 20:00 pm), even if the terms of the options have been realized before the end of the period.

Out-the-money
Open
A financial term, which means the option in not profitable. For example, if the option was a call and the current price of the underlying asset was lower than the original price at the time the option was purchased, the trade would be out of the money.

Put option
Open
A put option provides the investor with the opportunity to gain if the
asset drops below the open rate of the put transaction. In the event
that the expiry rate is the same as the open rate, the investor will be
refunded with the full investment amount.

Reuters is one of the worlds leading financial data providers. TradeRush receives its expiry rates via a live feed from Reuters.

Stocks
Open
Stocks confirm that the holder of stocks has purchased a percent of a
company; as such it is entitled to a profit sharing relative to the
percent he has in the company. In case of a bankruptcy, the stock holders
are the last to receive any of the companies assets.

TradeRush enables the client to buy or sell an asset with no market
spread. The open rate for a put option = open rate of a call option.

Open
Each asset has it's own trading hours and trading days and holidays. To
see the assets trading hours click asset index. Sometimes you will see
that even though the asset is supposed to be traded it's not listed. In
such a case simply press refresh.
